Biography

Dr. Mandeep Mahendru is an accomplished academic, researcher, and global educator with over two decades of experience in finance, economics, and management education. She holds a PhD from LM Thapar School of Management, Thapar University, and has held Visiting Professorships at Széchenyi István University (Hungary) and the University of Łódź (Poland). A prolific researcher, she has published in more than 30 top-tier international journals and is the creator of a copyrighted Financial Well-Being Scale. She has represented national institutions at the IMF, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and European Central Bank, seamlessly bridging academic research with real world policy impact.
